A Russian company produces a universal air heating unit with catalytic combustion of fuel. The company is looking for new longer-term suppliers of metal products (nuts, ventilation grates, heat exchangers) that have high flame-retardant properties. The Russian company wants to conclude a long-term supply agreement with foreign partners.
The research and production company from Perm was founded in 2007. The company has competencies in matters of heating production facilities, in technological processes, minerals, supplying warm air to mines, etc.
The Russian company is developing a wide range of industrial air-heating units of direct and indirect heating with a capacity of 40 kW to 20 MW. The company produces two types of gas-fired air heating technologies: mixing and recuperative. Mixed air heating units operate by burning fuel in the intake air. The second type of air heating works due to a special purge of the heat exchanger, where the fuel burns in this place. These air heating units are widely used in the oil and gas complex, in industrial production, engineering, and metallurgy.
The Russian company is looking for foreign suppliers from the metallurgy field who will supply special flame-retardant materials (nuts, ventilation grates, heat exchangers) to conclude supplier agreement. The materials must withstand temperatures from - 60 to + 130 degrees and above. The ventilation grate must be made of stainless steel. The rated power of the heat exchanger should be from 200 to 500 kW. As a result of this agreement, a foreign partner will supply flame-retardant materials to the Russian company. More specific terms of delivery and payment will be discussed after the first dialogue with a potential supplier.
